Welcome to Synchrocity Music School. By enrolling in our courses, students and guardians agree to abide by the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a professional and productive learning environment.

1. Admission and Enrollment

  • Admission is granted upon the completion of the registration form and payment of the prescribed admission fee.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All fees paid toward admission and registration are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Tuition Fee Payments

  • Payment Window: Monthly tuition fees must be cleared within the first 5 days of every calendar month.

  • Late Fees: Payments made after the 5th of the month may incur a late fine as per school policy.

  • Mode of Payment: Fees can be paid via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash at the front desk. Please ensure you receive a digital or physical receipt for every transaction.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Minimum Requirement: To ensure consistent progress and eligibility for certifications or performances, students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance.

  • Reporting Absence: If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the school office must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Makeup Classes: Classes missed due to student absence are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. Makeup sessions are at the sole discretion of the instructor and subject to studio availability.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to respect their instructors, fellow peers, and staff members at all times.

  • Any damage to school property, including musical instruments, amplifiers, or studio equipment, caused by negligence will be the financial responsibility of the student/guardian.

  • The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during instructional hours unless authorized by the teacher for recording lessons.

5. Media Consent

  • The school reserves the right to use photographs or video recordings of students taken during classes or school events for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials. If you wish to opt-out, please provide a written request during admission.

6. Health and Safety

  • Students must follow all safety protocols established by the school management.


7. Termination of Membership

  • Synchrocity Music School reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who consistently violates the school’s code of conduct or fails to clear dues for two consecutive months.
